The information provided by Health Assistant is intended for general informational purposes only. The content should not be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Use of Health Assistant does not create a doctor-patient relationship or any other professional relationship. Health Assistant does not replace the need for a consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Health Assistant, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Health Assistant Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Health Assistant, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
Health Assistant makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the information provided. The Health Assistant Parties do not guarantee that the Service will be free from errors or uninterrupted.
Health Assistant does not assume any liability for any health issues or adverse outcomes that may arise from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for seeking professional medical advice for any health concerns.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Health Assistant Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: Your use of Health Assistant. Health Assistant reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website or within the Service.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Health Assistant shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Erfurt, Germany in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or a similar arbitration organization.
You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or collective proceeding.
All content and materials provided through Health Assistant, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, software, and other intellectual property, are owned by Health Assistant or its licensors.
Subject to these Terms, Health Assistant grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Health Assistant may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement by Health Assistant of the third-party content or services.
Health Assistant is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or services linked from Health Assistant.
